Practice a nice and easy yoga flow specifically designed to help de-stress and detoxify the body, and rejuvenate the mind. These techniques can be used to help clear the mind to allow the creative juices to flow and allow the body to undo all the desk work and tension it has accumulated through out the day. These classes will end with a short meditation. Kerri’s approach to yoga is very accessible and “super fun”. She plays enticing, non traditional yoga music, and cracks a few jokes a long the way. Its not just yoga… it’s FUN!
